Services fees are contingent upon individual patient needs and will be determined during our free intial consultation. Payments are expected at the time services are rendered. We gladly accept Cash, Mastercard and VISA, cashier’s checks and personal checks (3 weeks prior to the procedure). In addition, we offer third party financing via LendingUSA (credit score 620 and above, co-applicants accepted, 30 sec response) for Surgical procedures and non-surgical treatments. All aesthetic services and treatments are considered cosmetic and are usually not covered by medical insurance plans. Because 4EVER YOUNG AESTHETICS & WELLNESS is a medical office, no gratuities for services are accepted.
