Laser Liposuction, Liposuction is performed using tumescent anesthesia and traditional liposuction plastic surgery. We are experts in laser liposuction (smartlipo), vaser liposuction and fat transfer, also known as fat grafting. Our board-certified cosmetic surgeon is an expert at fat removal with liposuction which is an enhancement surgery and doesn’t fall into the scope of practice of a board-certified plastic surgeon who is trained in reconstructive surgery. Board-certified plastic surgeons with experience in liposuction are certainly qualified to perform the procedure but being trained strictly in plastic surgery is misleading. We use abdominal liposuction, flank liposuction, back liposuction, arm liposuction, thigh liposuction and ankle liposuction to remove unsightly fat from problem areas with our tumescent liposuction procedures with or without sedation. If you desire we use autologous fat transfer (fat grafting) to use the fat obtained as the most natural dermal filler unlike synthetic fillers (Restylane, Juvederm, Sculptra, Radiesse, Belotero, Perlane) to improve fine lines and wrinkles of the face, hand rejuvenation with fat, fat transfer to breast, Brazilian Butt Lift (Butt Augmentation), liposculpture, lip augmentation with fat. Fat transfer to the breast can be a great alternative to breast augmentation, saline implants, silicone implants, breast augmentation with mastopexy or just to improve volume in the upper pole of the breast.
